We’re looking for a strategic, data-drivenPricing Managerto join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Sr./Director of Revenue Operations, you will be thepricing strategy leadfor one of our business units, driving both Front Book and Back Book monetization. You’ll collaborate directly with senior stakeholders—including the Managing Director, Product, Marketing, Finance, and GTM teams—to develop and operationalize pricing strategies that deliver sustainable growth, improve margin, and enhance customer lifetime value. You’ll bring deep analytical expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity to structure and scale pricing initiatives across the business. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to influence company-wide pricing decisions while serving as a key resource to cross‑functional partners.What you’ll be doing:Lead pricing strategy and governancefor your business unit, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and market positioning.Serve as thesubject matter expert on pricing and packaging, providing insight and direction to cross‑functional teams.Own and lead recurringexecutive pricing reviews, enabling informed decision‑making at the senior leadership level.Design and maintainadvanced pricing modelsto support product strategy, revenue forecasting, and financial planning.Identify and scope pricing opportunities—including price optimization, discounting policies, bundling, and packaging—to drive both revenue and margin growth.Own the annual price increase process, from strategy development through execution and customer communication.Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and RevOps leadership to implement and scale pricing initiatives.Analyze large data sets to identify trends, assess pricing experiments, and benchmark against competitors.Define, track, and report onkey pricing KPIs, measuring impact on profitability, churn,
customer behavior, and satisfaction.Act as a resource for colleagues with less pricing experience,mentoring junior team membersand supporting pricing knowledge across the org.Scope and structure pricing‑related initiatives as part of the broader RevOps planning process.Conduct regularanalysis of the competitive landscapeto identify market trends, emerging threats, and opportunities.Benchmark key competitorsto ensure we remain competitive in pricing, positioning, product offering, and go‑to‑market strategy.Translate insights intoactionable recommendationsto inform strategy, product development, and commercial planning.Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and introducing scalable, repeatable pricing frameworks.What you need to bring:Proven experience (5+ years) in pricing strategy, analytics, or revenue management, ideally in SaaS or payments.Proven track record of drivingstrategic pricing initiativesand delivering measurable business impact.Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data modeling, forecasting, and large data sets.Ability totranslate insights into action, presenting explicit recommendations to senior stakeholders and driving execution across functions.Exceptional stakeholder management—from individual contributors to senior executives.Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to analyze and present data effectively.Self‑starter mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and pushing initiatives forward.Bonus: Experience with go‑to‑market strategy,

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of$90-100k Base.
