In this role, you will play a critical part in the Quality Assurance department, supporting the engine maintenance and overhaul operations while ensuring adherence to essential aviation regulations. Your efforts will enhance the quality management system, working closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams. You will facilitate cross-functional workshops, support new product introduction initiatives, and drive root cause analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and document quality processes for MRO operations
• Lead workshops for cross-functional process improvement




• Define quality requirements for internal work instructions
• Manage quality initiatives and report statuses
• Investigate nonconformances and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3-6 years in quality assurance within aerospace or manufacturing
• Understanding of FAA and EASA regulations
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality systems
