Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate development applications in line with municipal policies
• Research physical, economic, and social aspects of development




• Prepare recommendations for subdivision applications
• Support compliance with the Land Use Bylaw
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders and management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban or Regional Planning required
• Experience in planning is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation
• Familiarity with planning software like ArcGIS
• Must provide a Criminal Record Check
