Make an impact as a Coordinator for Indigenous Community Programs at NAFC in Ottawa. This role focuses on youth programming and operational excellence in a hybrid setup.
As a key member of NAFC’s programs team, you'll coordinate essential initiatives designed to uplift Indigenous communities. Your strong organizational and communication capabilities will enable you to meet community needs through effective program implementation. Playing a crucial role in planning national events, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop programs reflecting Indigenous community needs
• Evaluate program impacts and effectiveness
• Conduct comprehensive community needs assessments
• Collaborate with diverse organizations for resources
• Organize events aimed at youth leadership development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or related area
• Min 3 years in program coordination
• Familiarity with Indigenous cultural values
• Solid organizational and project management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
Contribute to the development and empowerment of Indigenous communities through impactful program coordination at NAFC.
