Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, the Harvesting Supervisor is responsible for managing all harvesting activities, including logging, road maintenance, and environmental compliance. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and familiarity with forestry operations. You'll help prepare budgets and conduct safety and quality audits to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise logging, road construction, and maintenance activities
• Plan volume delivery to Canfor Sawmill and manage costs
• Track safety,



quality, and delivery outcomes through analysis
• Prepare administrative and environmental compliance strategies
• Engage in Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives

Requirements:
• University Degree or Technical Diploma in relevant fields
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience in various forestry functions
• Knowledge of BC forestry policies and legislation
• Basic GIS skills and past field work
