The Community Counselling Centre of Nipissing is looking for an Integrated Family Support Worker and ReKnew PAR Facilitator to provide vital family support and group facilitation in North Bay. This permanent, full time position offers a chance to promote healthy relationships and empower those in need.

As a key team member, you’ll serve families through tailored support plans and facilitate ReKnew PAR group discussions that emphasize accountability and respect. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and family dynamics will be critical in navigating challenges while engaging clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support for families in need
• Facilitate parenting education and support programs




• Advocate for clients in various health and social systems
• Lead ReKnew PAR group sessions effectively
• Maintain accurate program documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent experience
• Proven ability in adult learning and group strategies
• Understanding of family systems and trauma-informed practices
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Evening availability for group facilitation
