As a full-time Fleet Services Specialist, you will oversee the daily and long-term performance of brokers and their trucks. Your work will ensure adherence to company policies and the resolution of operational issues that impact profitability. Strong communication will be leveraged to support driver and broker engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage broker and driver compliance with operational standards
• Resolve late delivery issues and operational disputes
• Track revenue performance across fleet operations




• Facilitate orientation sessions for new personnel
• Collaborate with safety teams on driver training

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education preferred
• Experience in customer service or operations
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Truckmate an asset
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Robust relationship-building skills with brokers and drivers
