At Georgian Bay General Hospital, we're seeking an OB/GYN to expand our capable medical staff in Midland, Ontario. This role involves providing both gynecological and obstetric services in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting. Candidates will be expected to perform surgical procedures, consult, and provide patient-centered care, ensuring a balance between work and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive community gynecology services
• Offer excellent obstetrical care with 200 annual births




• Participate in collaborative healthcare environments with other professionals
• Manage an on-call schedule with 1:3 reduction to 1:6
• Utilize up-to-date surgical tools and technology in procedures

Requirements:
• FRCSC certification from the Royal College
• Eligibility to practice in Ontario
• Preferred proficiency in laparoscopic procedure
• Compassionate communication skills
• Good standing with the Canadian Medical Protective Association
