This role reports to the Manufacturing FP&A; Manager and requires a hands-on approach to financial analysis, forecasting, and business support. You'll help stakeholders navigate financial performance and operational metrics, fostering collaboration and driving improvement initiatives. Your contribution will help shape financial recommendations while aligning with Lush's core values of sustainability and community support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a financial partner to Manufacturing Finance and Supply Chain
• Conduct month-end operational reviews and variance analysis




• Monitor inventory performance and optimize targets
• Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting activities
• Develop tools to enhance business performance visibility

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in Manufacturing Finance
• Familiarity with FP&A; and cost accounting
• Proficient in Excel and data modeling
• Robust communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving capabilities
