Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client caseload while meeting monthly KPIs
• Develop strong relationships with community partners

• Facilitate employer visits to enhance working conditions

Requirements:
• Proven experience in client coaching and assessments
• In-depth knowledge of community resources and support programs
• Exceptional report writing and documentation capabilities
• Robust digital literacy in MS Office
• Successful completion of a criminal record check required
