Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and lead organization-wide process optimization projects
• Create and manage sustainable manufacturing standards




• Drive improvements in manufacturing system reliability
• Analyze findings and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate closely with engineers and manufacturing teams

Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
