Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and safety across properties through routine upkeep, inspections, and seasonal tasks. You’ll be responsible for snow and ice removal, as well as responding promptly to work orders and assisting with property-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain clean and well-presented grounds and common areas
• Handle snow removal and debris collection safely
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance needs




• Respond to work orders within defined timelines
• Support turnover of vacancies in suites efficiently

Requirements:
• Experience in property maintenance or groundskeeping
• Strong initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
• Clean criminal record check requirement
