In this critical position, you will work collaboratively to strengthen privacy measures within Ontario's health system. Your responsibilities will include providing privacy advice, monitoring compliance with privacy legislation, and fostering a culture of awareness around privacy. You will also engage in ongoing improvements for the privacy program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update privacy policies and guidance based on legislative requirements
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impacts
• Support privacy impact assessments for health initiatives




• Resolve privacy incidents, access requests, and inquiries
• Advise business teams on privacy-related matters

Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of privacy experience required
• CIPP/C or other recognized privacy certifications preferred
• Experience with health sector privacy practices a strong asset
• Familiarity with Ontario's privacy laws essential
