The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of IT experience and knowledge in IT service management. You’ll engage with users across various businesses like FYidoctors and BonLook, providing first-level support and documentation to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support for all business units
• Respond to requests via phone, email, or online forms
• Identify and diagnose application and hardware issues
• Document incident details in our Service Desk Plus system
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Technical Support

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of IT service experience
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• ITIL Foundations certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
