As a full-time Coordinator, you will support the Health and Safety Manager in developing robust Occupational Health & Safety programs. This includes implementing safety policies, conducting trainings, and performing audits. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor employees on safety policies and practices
• Facilitate training for operational staff in safety protocols
• Perform workplace safety audits and incident investigations




• Develop Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans
• Oversee safety onboarding for subcontractors

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety
• Solid grasp of safety regulations in Alberta and British Columbia
• NCSO preferred; incident investigation training is essential
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Must pass a drug screening prior to employment
