Take charge of modular home projects within a recognized Western Canadian firm. This full-time position in Edmonton or Lloydminster focuses on project management from contract through to completion.

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in RTM and modular housing. You'll be responsible for ensuring project sites are prepared on time, managing everything from excavation to delivery logistics. Your problem-solving skills and construction coordination experience will help prevent delays and ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise modular project phases from contract to finish
• Ensure site coordination for grading, drainage, and utilities
• Perform site visits to ensure adherence to project timelines




• Correct deficiencies and communicate effectively with all teams
• Establish and maintain project schedules and action plans

Requirements:
• Comprehensive experience in residential or civil construction
• Understanding of excavation, foundations, and inspections
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project expectations
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to project management
• Valid driver's license required for site travel
