Become a pivotal part of Bissell Centre as the Team Lead for Family Services. Oversee family intervention efforts and ensure effective support for participants in need.

This leadership role encompasses assisting the program manager in running the Family Intervention Program while providing direct supervision to a team of support staff. You’ll help navigate care plans that empower participants, celebrate their progress, and work collaboratively to resolve any obstacles to their success. This position is key to fostering trust and building strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff, fostering a supportive work setting
• Enforce adherence to timelines and service standards




• Manage team caseload assignments to meet participant needs
• Identify and enhance participant readiness for change
• Organize case meetings with direct support and clinical staff

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in social work or human services
• Active registration with Alberta College of Social Workers
• 3+ years' experience with high-risk populations
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
