The West Parry Sound Health Centre is looking for a Junior Kitchen Attendant to enhance patient care through efficient food service. This temporary, part time position in Parry Sound emphasizes quality and compassion in dietary support.

In this role, you will support the Dietary Department and the Manager of Food Services by assisting with meal delivery, handling dishwashing and kitchen clean-up duties, and ensuring appropriate supply delivery. The job requires a commitment to high cleanliness standards and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and deliver food trays to patients
• Perform dishwashing and thorough clean-up of kitchen areas
• Deliver supplies and nutritional items to patients




• Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
• Work varying hours, including weekends

Requirements:
• Successful completion of a Food Service Handler’s Course
• Experience in a food service role is advantageous
• Proven satisfactory work performance history
• Basic computer skills required
• Must align with the Centre's core values of compassion and safety
