About the Opportunity The Technical Services Team guides clients through the lifecycle of delivering third‑party flat file integrations as part of an overall Dayforce HCM implementation.
Our team helps clients achieve a positive go‑live experience by coordinating key internal and external stakeholders to complete activities that will allow clients to transmit business‑critical data, including benefits enrollment, COBRA, payroll contribution, and HR demographic data, to their vendors when they go live with their current HCM system.
You will be part of a specific business segment team, or pod, comprised of Consultants working on client implementation projects across North America. You will be supported by experts in each file type in your pod, as well as having access to our larger team’s expertise. Our Technical Services group is connected by a sense of camaraderie; we are grounded in a sense of belonging and a supportive remote‑work culture.
We are looking for experienced Consultants who can concurrently manage multiple files across multiple implementation projects—people who are confident, agile, and proactive.
What You'll Get to Do Provide consulting services to clients.
Translate client requirements into flat file requirements.
Meet with offshore teams to review the mapping document for file development.

Manage internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Service Consultants, and Mappers, and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to achieve export file deliverables.
Identify and communicate risk.
Analyze export files and research the cause of issues to determine the appropriate course of action.
Be responsible for the end-to-end management of delivering export files.
Skills and Experience We Value Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting.
Strong client relationship acumen.
Ability to engage with multiple projects and clients concurrently and manage priorities.
Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.
Ability to relay technical concepts to clients in clear and concise business language.
Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
What Would Make You Stand Out Project management exposure.
Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud computing environment, including experience with HRIS systems.
Good working knowledge of payroll contribution, benefits eligibility, and HR files.
