This position supports the procurement of key aerospace production goods while ensuring compliance and budget efficacy. You will report to the CSH Material Supervisor and collaborate with both strategic suppliers and internal departments such as contracts and finance. Excellent supply chain knowledge and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic procurement plans and contracts
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage performance
• Identify effective cost-saving procurement strategies




• Prepare and manage RFPs and supplier quotes
• Lead and mentor junior procurement team members

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in aerospace or military procurement
• Comprehensive understanding of purchasing workflows and ERP systems
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively
• Solid analytical and leadership abilities
• Security clearances from PWGSC and Transport Canada are required
