Maritime Thermal Solutions is growing in Nova Scotia, and we're looking for confident, driven people to join our Halifax team who want to earn, improve, and move up.

You'll connect with homeowners throughout the Halifax area, introduce energy-productive heat pump solutions, and schedule free consultations with qualified HVAC specialists.

No experience required. This is an entry-level position. We provide the training, tools, and support. You bring the confidence, work ethic, and willingness to perform.

What You'll Do

Speak with Nova Scotia homeowners about heat pump solutions, explain the benefits of lower energy costs and year-round comfort, schedule free consultations, and represent Maritime Thermal Solutions professionally.
