We're looking for a Client Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end rollout and quality assurance of our direct client campaigns at Leads.io.

From pre-launch preparation to live campaign management and post-campaign checks, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately and to the highest standard.

Core responsibilities:

- Building the client relationship during setting up new campaigns and ongoing campaigns.
- Responsible for data input and aligning all the necessary systems in setting-up a new campaign.
- Making sure to administrate all important details about the clients (i.e. invoicing).
- Aligning client request to internal team as well as providing answers to both sides that are significant to run a successful campaign.
- Overlooking the big picture of running campaigns and managing it in a way that is timely, efficient and profitable for the company.
- Responsible for arranging the post-campaign reporting for our Business Developers and
- Marketing teams and also help provide the client with important insights/learnings for future campaigns.
