Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage end-to-end GL accounting, bank/balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and journal entries.
- SAGE 50 & ERP Management: Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records using SAGE 50.
- AP / AR & Collections: Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, generate customer billing, and oversee collections.
- Inventory Accounting: Monitor inventory movements, landed costs, and product distribution accounting workflows.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate regularly in English with vendors,



clients, and internal logistics/sales teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or staff accountant experience in distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or inventory-based sectors.
- Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAGE 50 and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis).
- Education: Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for skilled client, vendor and team interaction.
- Attention to Detail: Proven track record of accuracy, self-management, and organizing complex financial records independently.
