This position will primarily be based out of our Montreal or Toronto office in a hybrid work model.As one of our lawyers, you will be the primary legal authority on all aspects of commercial transactions, from requests for proposals (RFPs) when applicable, initial deal structuring through contract execution and ongoing compliance management. You will serve as TELUS' key legal advisor for complex partnerships, enterprise client relationships, and strategic commercial initiatives. You will also provide advice on marketing and privacy matters.Your roleProvide strategic guidance and lead comprehensive contract review and negotiation strategies for major dealsNavigate complex commercial arrangements and ensure optimal risk allocationManage relationships and communications with sophisticated clients, partners,
