Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical and technical aspects of drug distribution
• Provide patient-centered consultations and follow-ups
• Identify and resolve medication-related issues




• Participate in interdisciplinary care rounds and quality improvement
• Support Ontario Health Team-related pharmacy initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree from an accredited Pharmacy Program
• Good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Active CPR and First Aid certification recommended
• Experience working with marginalized groups is desirable
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
