Position Summary In a dynamic environment characterized by continuous organic growth and acquisitions, the Treasury Analyst will be based at our head office in Laval, Quebec. This role follows a hybrid work model, and reports to the Treasury Director.

This role will play a key role in daily management of cash operations and debt instruments, cash flow forecasting, treasury-related reporting and analysis.

Main Responsibilities





- Prepare and analyse the global cash position, and ensure adequate liquidity across entities
- Responsible for the short-term cash flow forecast
- Develop, maintain and enhance periodic treasury reports, including dashboards, financial expenses analysis and debt and financial instruments follow-up, ensuring respect of internal controls and policies
- Act as the primary treasury resource for business units, supporting their treasury needs, such as bank account management, onboarding recent services/products and assist with process optimization
- Prepare and execute treasury related transactions, including executing foreign exchange (FX) trades
- Participate in the administration of banking platforms and credit card programs
- Collaborate with the accounting team regarding the audit process and during financial close regarding treasury-related matters
- Recommend the development and continuous improvement of treasury initiatives, including process automation and simplification

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- A related professional designation or a master’s degree is considered an asset
- 2-3 years of relevant experience; experience in an international, multi-currency environment is an asset
- Detail oriented and well organized, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, rigorous and proactive
- Fluency in written & spoken English and French
