We are seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic who is highly motivated,



qualified, and experienced. Position required to maintain and repair HVAC equipment throughout a current facility located in Springfield, Virginia. Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:

Adding refrigerant to or removing refrigerant from equipment Installing and troubleshooting heating and cooling systems Cutting, welding, soldering, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures Replacing component and parts (pumps, pipes, fans, etc.) Using power and hand tools safely to support the facilities Maintaining air and water treatment systems Inspecting refrigerant systems for leaks Reading blueprints & schematics, utility plans, mechanical drawings, and electrical and wiring diagrams Entering data into a Computerized Maintenance Management System; and
