- Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers
- Source grains and agri-commodities directly from farms
- Execute basis contracts considering market trends
- Engage with the grain futures market for informed decisions Requirements:
- 3 to 4+ years of agricultural commodity buying experience
- Knowledge of grain futures and procurement processes
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
