As a Community Support Worker within DDA's inclusive program, you will play a pivotal role in empowering adults by implementing individualized goals and supporting recreational and vocational activities in both on-site and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate activities of daily living for participants
- Develop and monitor individualized support plans
- Lead person-centered recreational activities
- Deliver community-based services tailored to diverse needs
- Create a welcoming environment for all participants
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Social Services or similar
- 1-2 years working with developmental disabilities
- Experience in client-centered program facilitation
- Positive driving record with Class 5 Driver's License
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
