We're parents to a 2.5 old toddler and have a nanny who helps with housework, but we're looking for someone different: a sitter who can genuinely engage and play with our daughter. This might mean stepping in for bedtime, helping out when she's not feeling well, or just being an extra set of hands so she has someone to play with.
We're mainly looking for occasional evening and weekend coverage, not a regular fixed schedule.
