About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global VP Marketing to lead the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and shaping the global marketing strategy, with a focus on sharpening the company's positioning in a rapidly changing market, strengthening its brand and category leadership, and building a high-performing marketing engine.
This role goes beyond demand generation; it involves translating market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth and requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in a high-growth workplace, and will be prepared to take on full global ownership of the marketing function.
Applicants for the Global VP Marketing position at the company should have at least 10 years' of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a mastery of at least three of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand.
While experience in HR tech, future of work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms is a plus, it is not required. The role demands an individual with outstanding communication skills, a servant leadership style, and a strong enthusiasm for the company's working environment.
The VP Marketing will be expected to lead strategic projects, including rebranding and repositioning, and to transform the demand generation team to focus on demand creation. The position is pivotal in supporting the company's revenue growth, particularly in the North American market, and the candidate should be prepared to work closely with the CEO and other executive team members.
