Job Title: Value Advisory Intern Location: Virtual Duration: Winter 2027 - 4 Months (January 2027 – April 2027) Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

The Value Advisory (VA) team is the engine behind driving and retaining revenue by uncovering and demonstrating Dayforce’s value to customers. You’ll work alongside alumni from top-tier firms like Accenture, EY, Workday, SAP, and Gartner – experts in management consulting and value selling. The intern will support both the VA Center of Excellence (CoE) and the customer-facing teams around demand generation activities, deal execution activities, and value realization activities.
What you’ll get to do: Customer engagement: assist in prospect/customer discovery sessions,
document objectives, and craft executive-ready presentations, including board decks and commercial proposals
Strategic insight: support the build of business cases, strategic roadmaps, and messaging that addresses an organization’s challenges
Collaboration: partner with value advisors to design winning strategies and support sales execution and value realization activities Process development: contribute to advancing our methodologies and internal processes
Thought leadership: help refine VA practices, while developing cutting-edge messaging and positioning strategies Skills and experience we value: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master’s program in Business, Commerce, Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication abilities, especially in crafting compelling presentations in PowerPoint
Problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Proactive team player with a passion for technology and strategy
AI proficiency What would really make you stand out: Experience with business case development / financial modeling
Familiarity with value selling methodologies
Familiarity with the HCM industry and/or Dayforce
