ONE JOB, START TO FINISH

That is the clearest way to explain what we are hiring for.

A buyer in Scarborough or Markham finds a used car they like. Before they pay, they book an inspection with us. We send you the address and the time.

You arrive. The seller is there, a private owner in a driveway, or a salesperson at one of the lots along Kingston Road or Highway 7. You start on the outside: panel gaps, paint thickness readings that reveal repaired accident damage, glass, lights, tyres and their wear pattern. Then underneath: frame, subframe, rust, leaks, exhaust, suspension. Then under the hood and inside. You plug in a scanner, pull codes, check readiness monitors. You drive it.

Then photos and a plain-language report on what the car really is: what is wrong with it, what it will cost, and what the buyer should walk away from.

You repair nothing and you sell nothing. The buyer pays us to be honest with them, and that is the entire product.

THE AREA

Scarborough, Markham, Unionville, Agincourt, Pickering and east Toronto. These areas are busy for us and we currently cover them from across the city, which means our inspectors spend forty minutes driving before the work starts. We would rather pay someone who is already here.

WHAT MATTERS





You have actually assessed vehicle condition for a living: auction inspections, dealer condition reports, trade-in appraisals, safety inspections, or years of evaluating cars professionally.

Weekday daytime availability. Most inspections happen Monday to Friday between 9 and 5, because that is when buyers view cars. This is the requirement most applicants cannot meet.

Your own reliable vehicle and a valid G licence.

Legally able to work self-employed in Canada.

You can give a customer bad news kindly and clearly.

310S is a plus and nothing more. We do not screen for it. Your own OBD scanner and paint thickness gauge are a real advantage.

WHAT WE DO NOT NEED

Weekend-only availability. Anyone looking to upsell repairs. Shop or dealership owners who would route our clients into their own bays.

WHAT IT PAYS

$70 per completed inspection. You invoice us as a contractor. You take the jobs you want and skip the ones you do not. No shifts, no minimum, no shop to sit in.
