In this role, you will work with the clients on their MDM journey to facilitate and lead the master data management engagements which will include data migration, MDM assessment, implementation, and tool implementation across different verticals. This position may require travel.Postgraduate in Business Administration (Preferred) AND Graduation in Engineering or Computer Science (Mandatory).At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.5+ years of Master Data Management project implementation or support.3+ years of experience in Stibo or Informatica MDM.3+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Quality Analysis, Requirements Gathering or Requirements Analysis, preparation of BRD, etc.Proven ability to write SQL queries for data analysis.Exposure to integration patterns and MDM implementation styles.Good communication and analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct As-Is Assessment,



identify capability gaps and define the MDM Roadmap for the client.Conduct structured MDM tool evaluation of industry-standard tools, including deployment and process definition.Conduct Data Profiling.Design, develop, and unit‑test MDM configurations as per requirements and solution architecture.Define and implement Data Migration strategy and ongoing interface and DQ detail design as per requirements and solution architecture.Define and implement Business Rules, Match/Merge, and UI Workflows through MDM tools.Anchor and participate in workshops, design meetings, and coordinate testing.Document and communicate the proposed solution to the client via compelling business cases.Create POVs, whitepapers on existing and upcoming Master Data Management tools and technologies.Work on MDM-related RFPs, proactive pitches, and develop collateral to showcase capabilities.Preferred QualificationsAwareness of latest technologies and trends.One or two industry domain knowledge.Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks.Good client interfacing skills and hands‑on experience in project and team management.Strong communication and analytical skills.Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder environment comprising business and technology teams.Experience and desire to work in a global delivery setting.Additional InformationThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
