Become a Voluntary Trusteeship Program Worker at Family Services Windsor-Essex, where your role empowers community members to achieve independence and dignity in their lives. In this full time position, you will actively engage with individuals, assessing their needs and eligibility for support services. As part of a dedicated team, your coaching, advocacy, and collaboration with community services will help individuals acquire essential resources.

- Accept service requests and conduct eligibility assessments
- Monitor and assist clients in achieving their goals
- Provide coaching and skills training to clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and navigate services
- Ensure access to basic necessities and support dignity Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma (BSW/MSW preferred)
- Knowledge of social service systems and community support
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license and vehicle access
