The VP Mentorship works closely with the other portfolios to coordinate and direct the Mentorship Program.

Time Commitment

Approx. 5-10 hrs/week throughout the school year (Up to 12 hrs/week during busy times)

Term of Employment

September 2026 - April 2027

Main Responsibilities

- Works closely with the external team to contact potential mentors

for the mentorship program
- Lead the Mentorship program - HR Connect

- Review mentee applications and connect with suitable mentors

- Organize an opening and closing event for mentors and mentees

- Host workshops and events specific to each Mentorship Program.

- Organize an event at the end of the year to thank participants and

mentors
- Attend weekly executive team meetings

Qualifications

- Past event planning experiences is a key asset

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Robust interpersonal and leadership skills

- Able to work independently and in a group setting - thrives in a
- team-based environment
