The TCS Group of Companies has an opening for a Warehouse Billing Specialist in our Finance and Accounts department to help with our busy, expanding, third party logistics organization.

Position Summary The Warehouse Billing Specialist is a cross-functional role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, integrity and timeliness of all customer billing. This position combines billing execution with audit oversight to safeguard revenue, minimize errors, and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation.

This role serves as a key link between Finance, Customer Service, and Operations, ensuring that all billable activities are captured, contract-compliant, and accurately invoiced.

Compensation: $22.55 per hour to start plus comprehensive health, dental and insurance benefits, EAP as well as pension plan.

Hours of Work:

8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday,



hours may vary based on customer needs. Extra hours may be required as well as overtime and weekend work

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Generate accurate invoices from billing records across all service lines using Multiview Financial System and Warehouse Management System

· Ensure all invoices align with customer contracts, rate structures, and service agreements

· Document and maintain exception-based processes

· Perform risk-based and sample-based audits of invoices

· Develop and maintain audit procedures and validation checks

· Conduct detailed reviews of all credits prior to approval

· Investigate root causes of credits and customer claims

· Collaborate with warehouse staff to cross-check warehouse and operational activity against billing output

· Analyze customer contracts to ensure accurate billing application

· Identify opportunities to standardize and automate billing processes

· Prepare month-end reporting on credits, claims, and billing accuracy

· Track trends and provide actionable insights to management

· Support financial accuracy and audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

· Experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis





· Warehouse or operations experience strongly preferred

· Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)

· Strong data reconciliation and analytical capabilities

· Experience with billing, financial software, and WMS Systems preferred

· High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

· Investigative mindset with a focus on accuracy and accountability

· Strong communication and collaboration across departments

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Continuous improvement and process-driven thinking
