Midland Transport is seeking a dedicated Driver Trainer to enhance the skills of new drivers entering our diverse operations. You will play a critical role in road evaluations, coordinating drug testing, and conducting onboarding programs to ensure driver excellence. Your expertise will support the continuous improvement and safety of our fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct road tests for Class 1, 3, and 5 driver candidates
• Evaluate competency in safety compliance and vehicle handling
• Coordinate pre-employment drug and alcohol testing




• Lead new driver orientation and onboarding sessions
• Provide coaching for improved performance and safety
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a professional driver, Class 1 preferred
