The role demands a bachelor's degree along with a minimum of five years in an industrial setting. You will collaborate closely with engineering and procurement teams to implement effective maintenance plans. A bilingual background in French and English is needed to interact efficiently at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify trends and root causes in maintenance data • Develop and implement maintenance strategies • Prioritize interventions based on risk assessments • Coordinate efforts across departments for reliability • Train teams on maintenance tools and techniques

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline • At least five years of related experience • Bilingual in French and English • Excellent analytical and communication abilities • Experience with CMMS, especially Maximo
