Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, on-call labourer to manually shovel and salt walkways during winter weather events. There is an chance to obtain future full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

- Shovel and clear snow from walkways, sidewalks, entryways, and stairs.
- Apply salt manually to de-ice concrete areas.

Availability:

- Ability to work an on-call, 24/7 schedule with little notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for the duration of the season.
- Willingness to work extended, non-traditional shifts during major weather events.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in manual snow removal, landscaping, or physically demanding outdoor work is an asset.
- Valid Class G drivers licence is an asset.

Note: This position may require weekends, nights and/or early mornings shifts.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
