- Document and oversee daily lift operations
- Train and mentor team members in service excellence
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with mountain safety and patrol teams
- Address guest feedback and operational challenges Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid BC driver’s license is essential
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Solid verbal and interpersonal communication
