Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing data integrity, and implementing cloud-based HR solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that HR processes align with strategic goals and contribute to the organizational mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document operational HR requirements from various teams
- Collaborate during Workday implementation and optimizations
- Analyze HR data to create reports and insights for decision-making
- Recommend process enhancements for quality and efficiency
- Manage compliance and governance for Workday Compensation and Benefits Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience
- 2-3 years as a Business Analyst with critical thinking skills
- Experience with high-profile multi-system projects
- Advanced skills in Excel and data reporting Help advance The Salvation Army's mission by driving operational excellence through innovative HR technology solutions.
