Your role will directly impact employee safety and compliance. As a full time Coordinator, you will support the Health and Safety Manager in developing robust Occupational Health & Safety programs. This includes implementing safety policies, conducting trainings, and performing audits. Your proactive approach will promote a culture of safety across operations and ensure high compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor employees on safety policies and practices
- Facilitate training for operational staff in safety protocols
- Perform workplace safety audits and incident investigations

- 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety
