VENDEUR(SE) SPÉCIALISTE - ÉLECTROMÉNAGERS

Les vendeurs(ses) spécialistes des électroménagers offrent un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et sont responsables de vendre les gros électroménagers ainsi que de stimuler l'adhésion aux programmes de service prolongé et de crédit. Ils évaluent les besoins des clients et les guident dans leurs choix afin de conclure des ventes. Pour bien réussir dans ce rôle, il faut être proactif afin de repérer rapidement les clients potentiels qui semblent avoir besoin d'assistance, en posant des questions ouvertes dans le but de cibler rapidement leurs attentes.

Expériences et compétences recherchées
