Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Double Deep / High Reach Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse and distribution team.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating double deep reach trucks, high reach forklifts, and other material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a key role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse operations.

Pay Rate: $26.90 - $

Location: Brampton, ON

Shift: Days, afternoons, nights available

Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Double Deep Reach Truck and High Reach Forklift

Pick, move, and store products within racking systems at various heights

Load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately

Replenish inventory and stock warehouse locations

Prepare customer orders and materials for shipping

Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues

Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment





Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid forklift certification

Previous experience operating a Double Deep Reach Truck and/or High Reach Forklift

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution centre experience preferred

Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

Ability to work in a warehouse workplace

Comfortable working at heights while operating forklift equipment

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
