Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret tender drawings and specifications accurately
- Direct quantity take-offs from project documents
- Lead tender preparation and submission processes
- Provide technical support throughout project lifecycle
- Guide and mentor junior estimating staff

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in construction estimating
- Proficiency in commercial estimating platforms
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Valid driver’s license and experience with city projects
