In this role, you'll support Trading desks by ensuring precise Corporate Actions processing. As a Winter Analyst, your responsibilities include managing various complex corporate events through Sophis. The position emphasizes strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, critical for reconciling transactions and resolving issues with external counterparties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions processes
- Reconcile financial data using Sophis across multiple accounts
- Process adjustments from the OCC related to Corporate Actions
- Collaborate with external entities for claims resolution
- Provide additional Asset Servicing support as required
Requirements:
- Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, and Options
- Proficient in analytical functions and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills - both oral and written
- Preferably studying in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
