In this pivotal role reporting to the Senior Director, Trust & Safety, you'll administer CMLS's compliance program for commercial mortgages. Your tasks will involve detailed client risk assessments, KYC processes, and the preparation of Suspicious Transaction Reports for submission to FINTRAC.

You'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of compliance records in line with PCMLTFA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee KYC processes for commercial clients
- Ensure quality of corporate documentation
- Conduct beneficial ownership analysis
- Maintain compliance files for audits
- Support regulatory readiness and procedures

Requirements:

- Diploma in paralegal studies or law clerk training
- 5+ years of corporate law experience
- Expertise in complex ownership structures
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical capabilities
- French-English bilingualism is an asset
