Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesPropose, plan and execute corporate finance engagements including managing merger, acquisition and divestiture processesResearch and identify current markets and prospectsDevelop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholdersConduct detailed analysis relating to sustainability of EBITDA, quality of assets, working capital profile and potential risks and opportunitiesBuild and prepare technical based analysis, projections, forecasts and modelsIdentify competitive issues and performance indicators on both a macro and micro level specific to the target marketResearch and formulate market and industry trends, broad synopsis and general conclusionsDesign and develop high-quality deliverables including confidential information memorandums, potential buyer lists,
