Job Title: Proposal Advisory Intern

Location: Virtual

Duration: Winter 2027 – 8 months (January 2027 – August 2027)

Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity:

As part of the revenue organization our proposal advisors work alongside sales and other advisory groups to build memorable,



compelling proposals for our prospective customers.

Our intern program gives the opportunity to participate in the sales process, learn about the Dayforce Product and Company, and participate in fast moving bids.

What you’ll get to do:

- Developing and maintaining a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and case studies,
- Assisting in coordinating and organizing proposal development activities, including proposal kickoff meetings and reviews.

Skills and experience we value:
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable accomplishing tasks independently, but within a team project structure
- Detail oriented

Nice to have:

- Additional language skills are a plus (French/Spanish specifically)
